A File Downloads deliverable gives each entitled customer a personal, signed download URL. Files may be any type. Ruba validates content with SHA-256 and can expose the checksum to both you and the customer.

Assemble the download set

Create the File Downloads deliverable

Open Catalog → Deliverables, choose New deliverable, and select File Downloads.Ruba deliverable form configured for File Downloads in light mode

Upload the files

Drop files into the upload area or select the area to open the system file picker.

Prepare the customer-facing list

Select a filename to rename it inline. Drag files to change their order. Use a file’s action menu to copy its SHA-256 checksum.

Attach it to a product

Connect the saved deliverable to each product whose buyers should receive the downloads.

Decide between disabling and deleting

These actions affect existing access differently:
Delete only when the content must disappear for everyone. To retire a file for new sales while honoring earlier purchases, disable it instead.
