Ruba groups contested payments into a dispute queue so you can review the transaction, response deadline, customer, reason, and current status in one place.
Sales → Disputes appears only after Ruba enables dispute management for your organization. If the page is absent and you need access, contact Ruba Support.

Review the queue

  1. Open Sales → Disputes.
  2. Filter the queue by status and prioritize cases by Respond by.
  3. Select a case to inspect its amount, reason, linked order, customer, and transaction details.

Submit a response

  1. Open an eligible case and select Respond to dispute.
  2. Choose the reason the payment should be upheld.
  3. Explain the transaction and address the customer’s claim.
  4. Attach relevant receipts, communications, access records, or other supporting files.
  5. Submit before the displayed deadline.
Submission does not guarantee that a payment provider or card network will accept the evidence or decide in your favor. Follow the displayed deadline and the Refund, Cancellation, and Dispute Policy.

Automate case reads

Use the Disputes API to list or read cases. The public API also supports accepting a dispute; dashboard response submission remains the guided path for sending supporting information to Ruba.
