Your own country must support the recipient configuration used by Stripe Connect Express. You do not need ordinary Stripe Payments availability because customers pay Ruba; Connect is used afterward to transfer your earnings. This distinction is why Ruba can support sellers in regions where standalone Stripe accounts are unavailable or invite-only. Connect a destination from Payout Accounts. That does not prevent payout eligibility when your country appears above. Customer sales are processed by Ruba in the United States. Your Express recipient account uses Stripe Connect only for cross-border transfers and payouts, not for direct customer charges. An invite-only payments warning therefore does not describe this recipient arrangement.

In Stripe’s verification requirements, select United States as platform country, express as dashboard type, recipient as service agreement, and transfers as capability. Then select your account country and inspect Business Type to see whether Stripe accepts an individual, company, business, or LLC/LLP there.
