A Custom deliverable is a private Markdown message connected to a product entitlement. Use it when fulfillment is information rather than a file or an automated third-party role.

Configure delivery

Set Description to the label the customer should recognize, such as Your onboarding link. Put the protected content in Private note, then attach the deliverable to a product. Ruba deliverable form configured for Custom in light mode Ruba renders the note in three entitled surfaces: the checkout completion page, the purchase confirmation email, and the Customer Portal.
Do not use an empty Custom deliverable as a generic SaaS entitlement. Feature Flags are designed for application access checks and support structured key-value metadata.
