Use a Discord benefit when access to a server or role is part of what the customer buys. Different products can grant different roles, and separate benefits can connect additional servers.

Ruba asks Discord for three permissions, each tied to an entitlement action: All three must be approved for automated delivery and removal to work.

Build the benefit

Create the Discord benefit

Add a new Discord benefit and choose Connect your Discord server.

Authorize Ruba in Discord

Select the intended server and approve the requested permissions. Discord then returns you to the benefit form.

Select the delivered role

Choose the server role that qualifying customers should receive.

Connect it to a product

Edit the product and enable the new benefit. Its purchase or subscription lifecycle now controls Discord access.
A saved benefit cannot be moved to another Discord server. Create another benefit when you need a different server connection.
