Read Your Ruba Balance

The Finance balance is the amount available for payout after subtracting tax collected for remittance and Ruba’s applicable revenue share. Its transaction ledger lists every movement and the fee attached to it. Payout charges are applied later when you withdraw, so the amount reaching the bank can differ from the balance selected for payout.

Multiple payment currencies orders and settlement

Customer payments may arrive in several currencies. Ruba converts them into the account’s USD settlement balance using the transaction-time exchange rate, allowing the ledger and payout process to operate in one currency.

Payouts in ISK, HUF, TWD, or UGX

Payouts in these currencies use whole units. Any fraction below one ISK, HUF, TWD, or UGX stays in the Ruba balance and rolls into a later payout.
