Open Settings → Customer portal to choose which optional capabilities appear in the hosted portal.

Show metered usage

Adds a Usage view for the meters attached to the customer’s subscription. Turning it off affects only the hosted interface; customer meter operations remain available for a custom portal.

Enable subscription seat management

Allows a customer on a member-priced subscription to change paid quantity and assign or revoke member seats. When disabled, your application must provide those actions through the seat API.

Allow email address changes

Displays a verified email-change flow. The new address does not replace the current one until its confirmation link is completed. Subscribe to customer.updated when your user database should mirror the result.

Enable subscription plan changes

Lets customers move between eligible products without support intervention. The organization’s proration behavior controls timing and settlement. Disable the toggle when your own backend must approve changes through Change Subscription.
