# Move Funds to Your Bank
> Understand availability, minimums, fees, invoices, and timing before requesting a payout.

A withdrawal moves eligible Ruba balance into the active Stripe Connect account. Stripe subtracts its payout charges and then deposits the remainder into the verified bank account.
## Payout Delay
For organizations created on or after May 12, 2026, transaction funds normally become available seven days after the sale. Earlier organizations retain instant availability.
Ruba may lengthen that window or hold particular transactions to match a refund policy or respond to risk and compliance requirements.
## Minimum Payout Thresholds
The available balance must reach the threshold for its payout currency. Stripe requirements can change these values.

## Stripe Payout Fees
Stripe applies:
1. \$2 for each month containing at least one active payout;
2. 0.25% plus \$0.25 for each payout; and
3. currency-conversion/cross-border charges of 0.25% within the EU and up to 1% elsewhere.
## Manual Withdrawal
Payouts are initiated manually so you control when fixed fees occur. Waiting and combining balance into a larger withdrawal can reduce the number of per-payout charges.
## Reverse invoices
Ruba invoices the buyer as Merchant of Record. Your accounting may require the opposite document for the earnings Ruba pays to you. From **Finance → Payouts**, open the payout menu and select **Download invoice**.
Before generating it, you can set:
* billing name and address;
* tax or registration details displayed below the address;
* notes at the document footer; and
* your own invoice number instead of the default `RUBA-0001` sequence.
Generation is final, so verify every field before confirming.
## Tax Forms
### 1099-K for eligible US recipients
Stripe delivers an annual 1099-K when the applicable gross-volume and transaction-count thresholds are met. This is the payment-settlement form rather than 1099-NEC or 1099-MISC because Ruba facilitates card payments between purchasers and sellers rather than engaging the recipient as its contractor.

## Decisions and edge cases
A completed payout typically reaches the bank within four to seven business days.
Requests are collected into batches and processed 24 hours after initiation.
Yes for an individual payout account. A business payout account requires a business bank account.
A request made during an [account review](/merchant-of-record/account-reviews) remains held. After the review is resolved, an approved payout proceeds automatically.
